For the holidays my Husband and I spent almost two weeks with my sister in MA. We even took a trip to NH to see my family’s old house and got to spend time with other family and friends. Spending the holidays with those I love always reminds me of why I am a consultant for Heritage Makers. Capturing memories and documenting them with great products is something I am truly passionate about. This holiday, I felt fortunate that all of my Heritage Makers gifts and Christmas cards turned out well and arrived on time. Being able to give my family and friends high quality personalized gifts is a great feeling. This year I wanted to create a gift for my husband. Since we’ve been married I had yet to create a book of our honeymoon. I made most of it without his knowledge and he was amazed at how well I had put it all together. It gave me great satisfaction to create something so special for him.
My year ended well with a family New Year’s Eve party. Most of my family was together, except for my brother and his family, and we all stayed up to ring in the new year, even the kids. I’m hoping that night is a sign of the year to come and all the wonderful memories we will make.

It is so nice to have one week every year to look forward to. Last week was my annual family vacation to Williamsburg, Virginia. For the past few years, I’ve watched my nephews and niece grow. This year was special because two of my nephews were tall enough to ride some of the ‘grown up’ rides. Watching them grow reminds me of my first years and it’s hard to believe that we have been going there for over 10 years. There is a heart warming feeling when you create lasting memories with your family and every year you continue to make more.
When we get together with the whole family, we take as many pictures as possible. When we get home we share them with each other. I’m grateful that my business gives me so much photo storage to keep and maintain these great photos. Down the road, I know we will create a storybook just of the Annual Family Vacation. The week always goes by fast, but it’s great to be able to relax and spend time with family.
